– Recalling a childhood memory of a kitchen shelf lined with spices; each lid opening to reveal the purest aroma of the spice, our Spice Tin Collection comes in three gorgeous colors and has one wick.   It is three inches by four inches tall.  This candle container is made of non-welded, galvanized iron that has been aged and distressed, with layers of plaster of Paris and patina in white, green and blue, and is topped with dark stained domed wooden lids.  The patina on our Spice Tins is a labor-intensive technique that ensures an authentic finish full of character. Each tin is uniquely marked.  The Spice Tin is hand poured in Georgia, by our experienced candle makers, with ten ounces of a clean burning, United States grown, fragranced soy wax blend with a high-quality fragrance compound oil.  Our distinctive fragrances are saturated with layers of nuance, complex and intricate, and are designed to evoke a particular time and place, triggered by memories and nostalgia.   Beginning with the design conception by our staff, our vessels are individually created by artists all over the world. Every candle is crafted in small batches in our studio, by artisans with meticulous attention to details from mixing of the ingredients, hand pouring the wax, and boxing the candles.  Each color of Spice Tin comes in our signature fragrances of Bourbon Vanilla, Campfire, Ginger Patchouli, Grapefruit Pine, Juniper Incense, Lilac & Leather, Orange Grove, Sunlight in the Forest and Tobacco Bark.  This candle should give approximately sixty hours of burn time.  And, as with all our candles, the Spice Tin can be reused once the wick has burned away, and it has been cleaned out, by refilling with our easy Candle Making Kit, or repurposed as a decorative container for your table, dresser or kitchen counter, to be used time and time again.
