Terms & Conditions for Retail Orders
Retail orders will ship within 3-5 business days of placing the order. We ship via FedEx, UPS Ground or unless otherwise specified. Delivery can take 2-5 business days depending on which part of the country you are in.
Shipping cost is based on the amount of the order and is calculated as follows:

At Himalayan Trading Post we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 3 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. For damaged and defective items, we will also refund your shipping cost. To return an item, please contact us via email and provide pictures of the damaged or defective item. If damaged, please include a picture of outer shipping box, noting its condition at the time received.
