Terms & Conditions for Retail Orders

Retail orders will ship within 3-5 business days of placing the order. We ship via FedEx, UPS Ground or unless otherwise specified. Delivery can take 2-5 business days depending on which part of the country you are in.

Shipping cost is based on the amount of the order and is calculated as follows:

$50.01 to $100.00	$14.95
$100.01 to $150.00	$19.95
$150.01 upwards	$ FREE

 

 

You may use the online shopping cart 24 hours a day. If you do not wish to use the cart, you may call, fax or email your order to us. You may call the office at 678 705 3245. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30AM – 5PM ET. You can also fax your order to 678 705 3613 or email us at orders@himalayantradingpost.com

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

RETURNS

At Himalayan Trading Post we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 3 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. For damaged and defective items, we will also refund your shipping cost. To return an item, please contact us via email and provide pictures of the damaged or defective item. If damaged, please include a picture of outer shipping box, noting its condition at the time received.
