Himalayan Handmade Candles are designed from conception to be beautiful pieces of décor that accentuate your style, and to be repoured or reused as functioning vessels in your home.

We use a soy wax blend with high quality fragrance oils.

Our candles have exceptional cold and hot throws.

Yes, all our candles are designed to be reused as containers, home décor pieces, or repoured with our Candle Refill Kits.

Follow all candle burning tips, like trimming the wick to ¼” before burning, use a lid or dustcover when not in use, and do not use when the candle has ½” of wax or less. It is time to clean the vessel to be reused.

We try to keep our online stock as up to date as possible.  It could be that the item you are looking for has been retired, or temporarily out of stock. You can contact our office, orders@himalayantradingpost.com to check stock availability.

 

ORDER

You can contact our office to find out where the order is in the queue. It might be possible if the order has not been officially entered into our system.

Yes, we do have a gift-wrapping option with a personalized card available.

We do not have customer pick up options from our facility.

We don’t currently have a subscription service, but we are looking at the possibility.

We do have wholesale pricing for registered wholesale accounts. You can register via our website.

Currently, we do not accept partial payments from customers.

 

SHIPPING

We ship to the entire continental United States.

For retail orders over $150 shipping to one address, we do have free shipping.

While we do not offer expedited or rush shipping, we usually have a quick order entry time of 1-3 days.

We do try to ship as soon as possible.  The average time to receive an order is 2 to 7 days, depending on order date and time.

This could be a glitch in the shipper’s system. You could contact us to see if we have any other information, orders@himalayantradingpost.com.

Please contact our office immediately, orders@himalayantradingpost.com.  We will require photos of the shipping box, the candle box and the damaged candle to process the next steps.

Contact the shipper to see if the package was placed in an unusual spot or delivered to a neighbor.  If it is not located, contact our office, orders@himalayantradingpost.com to ask if they can track the package.

Contact our office at orders@himalayantradingpost.com, adding all pertinent information like name, address, order number, date of order, phone number, and let them know that it is being returned for unknown reasons.  They will be happy to work with you to discover and correct the problem.
