Kingfisher Engraved Pot

Our Flora and Fauna Engraved Pots are heavy, ribbed glass jars finished with lids of a shiny copper patina, featuring beautiful etchings of various florals and wildlife. These candles are four inches by two inches tall and have two wicks. Each Flora and Fauna Engraved Pot is hand poured in Georgia, by our experienced candle makers, with eight ounces of a clean burning, United States grown, fragranced soy wax blend with a high-quality fragrance compound oil. Our distinctive fragrances are saturated with layers of nuance, complex and intricate, and are designed to evoke a particular time and place, triggered by memories and nostalgia. Beginning with the design conception by our staff, our vessels are individually created by artists all over the world. Every candle is crafted in small batches in our studio, by artisans with meticulous attention to details from mixing of the ingredients, hand pouring the wax, and boxing the candles. The Flora and Fauna Engraved Pot comes in our signature fragrances according to the style of lid: Dragonfly in Bougainvillea- a pleasantly sweet mixture of star anise, tuberose and jasmine with hints of amber; Butterfly in Summer Fruit- the sweet summery aroma of wild flowers, peaches and raspberries with a grounding of musk; Deer in Evergreen- reminiscent of crisp winter air, aromatic fir trees, and sandalwood; Kingfisher in Wild Green Fig- fresh leafy greens and black currant with amber and musk; Owl in Ancient Philosophy- the scent of late afternoon tea and sunlight, orange tea, with clove, sage and fresh fallen pine needles; Yak in Woodsmoke- a sweet acrid smoke, resin, and top notes of fresh cut wood, the nostalgic joy of a wood fire, a more intense partner of Campfire; Squirrel in Sugared Lemon- a sweetened lemon and orange with hints of vanilla; and Rose in Indian Sandalwood- a peaceful sense of distant lands and cultures, the essence of musky sandalwood oil, mixed with the perfect amount of bergamot, cinnamon and cloves. This candle should give approximately forty hours of burn time. And, as with all our candles, the Flora and Fauna Engraved Pot can be reused once the wick has burned away, and it has been cleaned out, by refilling with our easy Candle Making Kit, or repurposed as a decorative container for your table, dresser or vanity, to be used time and time again.
